OVERVIEW
One month at a time, planned before it is posted
Each month starts with a plan. We decide what the posts are for, a launch, a seasonal menu, a booking push, and lay out the grid so you can see the month before anything goes live.
Then we make the posts. Photo, design, reels and captions, all checked against your guidelines. You approve them from one proof link, and we publish on schedule.
We run accounts for restaurants, a medspa, a Pilates studio and a physio clinic. For NeNe Chicken Canada that includes reels, feed design and seeding with local food creators. For Sleek Silhouettes Medspa it is a fixed number of posts each month, so the plan and the budget always match.

FAQ
Questions about social media
How many posts do I get each month?
It is set in your proposal. A common setup is around nine feed posts a month plus stories, but we size it to your budget.
Do you reply to comments and messages?
We can. Community replies are scoped separately because they depend on volume.
Do I need to send you photos?
No. We can shoot for you, or work from photos you already have. Most accounts mix both.
Which platforms do you manage?
Mostly Instagram, plus Facebook, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu when the audience is there.
