OVERVIEW
The listing people check before they visit
People look up a place on Google Maps before they walk in. They check the hours, scroll the photos, read the reviews and look for a menu.
For Sizzle Korean BBQ we replaced an automatically generated menu with the owner’s real menu, seven sections and 36 items, and wrote replies to reviews in the language each guest used.
We also read the reviews closely. What guests praise again and again often becomes the line the brand leads with in posts and ads.

Should I reply to every Google review?
Replying to most reviews, good and bad, shows future guests that someone is listening. We draft replies for your approval.

No one can remove a genuine review. We help you answer it well and fix what it points to.
Who owns the profile?
You do. The business owner stays the primary owner and we work as a manager on the profile.
